Hermes Uploader is a tool that allows authorised users to upload and manage content. The App uses Google OAuth for authentication purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code associated with Hermes Uploader and Beyond The Possible are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google services for authentication. Your use of Google's services is subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond The Possible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beyond The Possible operates.
